counties of Missouri. How We Can Help You
We Are Impartial and Work For You
We are impartial and work only for you. Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent, objective evaluation so that you can understand and take care of your valuable investment. Your interests are our interests before, during, and after the inspection. What To Expect The inspection provides an invaluable learning and discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on the spot. Your inspector will perform a thorough visual inspection of the major systems and components of the home including the structure, roof, interior/exterior surfaces, and the plumbing, heating, cooling & electrical systems. The inspector will also examine the lot grading, and any evidence or likelihood of basement dampness. Insulation and ventilation will also be evaluated if accessible. You will gain insight into maintenance and energy conservation tailored specifically to your home. Your inspector will show you, and explain to you, the various parts of the home and answer any questions you may have. He or she will point out areas of concern, and offer suggestions for improvement.
We wholeheartedly encourage you to accompany us during the inspection. In addition, all of our clients are offered free telephone consultation after the inspection.
A single family home inspection typically takes 3 to 5 hours depending on the size, age and general condition of the home. Condominiums inspections, generally dedicated only to the interior of the condominium, range between 1 to 3 hours. You can expect longer inspections if there are many defects. Components and areas that are not accessible or deemed unsafe by the inspector will not be inspected during the scope of the inspection. |
